The main limitation is that the label doesn��t tell us the thymoquinone concentration, so i can��t tell exactly how potent it is just from the 4.5 g amount.

Haven't started using this Amazon-shipped Dr. Berg organic black seed oil yet (it just came), but was glad to see the glass bottle arrive VERY well wrapped in bubble wrap inside a sturdy shipping envelope, safe and sound. I also bought a 100% oil of oregano product (different company) to use with it, which came at the same time. If Dr. Berg had offered an oil of oregano, I'd have bought his. The black seed oil is brand new among his products, so maybe an oil of oregano will be offered at some point. I trust Dr. Berg's thoroughness with research and the quality he puts in the products he offers. I use several, and are very happy with them.

This Black Seed Oil Organic Cold Pressed is good.I've never tried this type of seed oil before, so I don't know what it might taste like compared to name brands.Hopefully it does what this gentleman says it does.I've been buying other vitamins from this guy too for a while.
